They make you pay in advance and add the tip into total. So you can’t tip accordingly. I pre-tipped $20 and left bruised. I have pictures. Go anywhere else.

Very disappointed with our last experience here. I called ahead specifically asking for a couples massage, explained we were about 20 minutes away, and was told twice that wouldn’t be a problem. We arrived expecting exactly that, only to be separated into different rooms. They took my girlfriend first while I sat waiting alone for over 30 minutes before my massage even started. That alone was frustrating, but it gets worse. When it came time to pay, the masseuse actually got upset because apparently we “didn’t tip enough” for a couples massage… even though we never even received a couples massage in the first place. We did tip, because we respect the service industry, but being pressured, guilted, and asked for more after an experience that didn’t even match what was promised was completely out of line. Places like this seriously need to change their attitude toward tipping. Tips are supposed to be earned and appreciated, not expected, demanded, or treated like an entitlement. That kind of behavior makes customers uncomfortable and completely takes away from what’s supposed to be a relaxing experience. The tipping pressure at places like this really needs to stop. On top of that, the therapists who used to make this place worth coming to are no longer here. The new staff was mediocre at best, and the overall quality has definitely gone downhill. This used to be one of our go-to spots, but after this experience, we won’t be coming back.
The place has a fresh and elegant style and a clean and tidy environment. When I am exhausted, I will come here for a 90-minute full body massage to relieve a week's fatigue. The masseuses are very professional and friendly. They will ask me where I feel uncomfortable and where I need more work, and then carefully complete the massage of each part, from head to toe. I am grateful for the service here and recommend everyone to try it.
